about the project

The menu runs to chicken and meat from the spit (proper shawarma), falafel and hummus, alongside a great deal of other Arab and Mediterranean cooking, including international dishes done the restaurant's own way: burgers, signature fried wings and boneless.

(04)

what we did01 / 03

Branding

  • Created one brand book: set the visual identity, wrote the brand guidelines and built a single design system
  • Chose the brand colours: red, orange and yellow whet the appetite and catch the eye, while green carries freshness and the association with healthy living
  • Designed the packaging: bright, practical and recyclable

(04)

what we did02 / 03

SMM

  • Built the content strategy for Instagram: the visual concept and the content plan
  • Arranged collaborations: bloggers and communities who share a love of Middle Eastern food introduced their audiences to Yalla Habibi

  • Created one brand book, guidelines and a design system with rules for using the graphic elements
  • The Instagram account started from zero. In three months it grew to almost 3,000 followers with no paid advertising — on content strategy, organic growth and collaborations alone
  • Designed the packaging
  • Ran a food shoot for the menu and for social media
  • Collaborations with bloggers and with communities that fit the subject
